El Rally de Gran Bretaña de 2010, oficialmente 66th Wales Rally of Great Britain, fue la decimotercera y última ronda de la temporada 2010 del Campeonato Mundial de Rally. Se celebró en las cercanías de Cardiff, Gales entre el 11 y el 14 de noviembre y contó con un itinerario de veinte tramos sobre tierra que sumaban un total de 344.66 km cronometrados.[1] Fue también la novena y última ronda del campeonato de producción y la décima y última ronda del campeonato Super 2000.
