Aphanocarpus es un género monotípico de plantas con flores perteneciente a la familia Rubiaceae. Su única especie, Aphanocarpus steyermarkii (Standl.) Steyerm., Mem. New York Bot. Gard. 12(3): 264 (1965), es originaria de Venezuela.[1]
