Este anexo recoge la lista de los jugadores premiados como Most Valuable Player (MVP) durante los 10 años de existencia (1960–1969), de la liga de fútbol americano American Football League (AFL). En ocasiones otros medios lo llamaron "Player of the Year" (Jugador del Año).
Ganadores
